Booking direct also gives the option for:
- Complimentary early check in by request (add a note to your booking with your preferred time & we'll reach out to you)
- Upgrades where available. As a direct booker if we have a better standard of room available on the day we'll be glad to upgrade you with our compliments
Please add a note to your booking on the website if you require a low floor/ground floor, prefer a walk-in shower, want to make sure your room doesn't have a sloped ceiling or any other request, we will contact you if any queries.
PARKING
Parking can also be booked directly on the website. After selecting your room the second page includes our "Enhance your Stay" options - just add your parking choice there and we'll confirm this back to you.
